Ledley King and Aaron Lennon (both knee) and Jermaine Jenas (calf) have returned to the club after joining Steve McClaren's squad to face Holland in Amsterdam this Wednesday.
After winning his first three matches in charge McClaren watched his team drop points in the two Euro qualifiers last month.
While the Spurs skipper played in the 0-0 draw against Macedonia at Old Trafford, only Paul Robinson was a starter in Zagreb as England without Lennon went down 2-0 to Croatia.
Before realising Lennon would be unavailable again, the England boss said: "Aaron, to be perfectly honest was a huge loss to us last time because he was playing very well.
"I've watched his last couple of games (for Spurs) and I was excited by his performances, not just on the left but on the right and through the middle."
