The German international has not played a game since the game against Charlton on Boxing Day when he needed emergency surgery on his thigh after a blood cot.
"I think - I hope - that I will definitely come back to the same stage and I think that the supporters might see a better player," Ziege told the club's official website.
"I feel all right fitness-wise, and don't see any bad things.
"Like I said, I trained over the summer and I don't think there is a problem. I will try to be better than before."
Ziege is currently stepping-up his fitness with the Spurs squad in pre-season training at La Manga in Spain.
