Mick McCarthy's side completed a season's double over Spurs with a 1-0 victory at Molineux on Wednesday night courtesy of a 27th minute goal by David Jones.
"I'm very disappointed. It was probably our worst performance of the season," Redknapp said after the defeat.
"We had loads of the ball and were camped in their half second half but never really threatened enough to score.
"They worked hard and closed us down and made it difficult for us and we never overcame that.
"We lacked someone to open them up with a bit of magic.
"It was one of those nights - it happens."
