Tottenham centre-back Jonathan Woodgate continued his recovery from a career-threatening groin injury by taking part in a training-ground game on Wednesday.The 30-year-old has been out of action since November 2009 and has undergone a series of operations on the problem.
He returned to training towards the end of 2010 and played for 45 minutes in a 9-2 Tottenham XI win over QPR.
Midfielder Jamie O'Hara, who has yet to feature this season because of a back injury, also played in the first half.
