Spurs' next opponents in the competition will be either Braga or Parma away from home on March 8.
Responding to the Court of Arbitration for Sport's announcement, Spurs boss Martin Jol said: "The decision allows us more quality time to work on the training ground and it's an advantage for us to have a little rest."
Tickets already purchased for the home game against Feyenoord are valid for the second leg of the Round of 16 tie, to be played at White Hart Lane the following week, on March 15.The club explained its decision to use Feyenoord tickets was taken due to there not being suitable time to process refunds and re-allocate seats for the entire stadium. The club also confirmed that the Premiership fixture away at Everton is to be played on February 21, kick-off 8pm.
