The three are included in Brian Kerr's 23 man squad for Ireland's games against Georgia in Tbilisi on Saturday, 29th March, and then Albania in Tirana on the following Wednesday, 2nd April.
Kerr has named Keane even though he has not played for Spurs since the 4-1 home victory over Sunderland on February 8th, because of a knee injury.
"Chris Hughton is keeping me updated on him and Robbie is confident he will be okay," said the Ireland boss.
