Their stay included keeping a 100% record in three pre-season friendlies.
Spurs boss Martin Jol said: "Overall I have to say I was very satisfied. We trained hard after the matches and perhaps the hardest sessions were after the first two games (against Bordeaux and Nice). You could perhaps see that against Celta Vigo. Last season was very similar at the Peace Cup in South Korea."
"Everyone had the chance to do well and against Celta Vigo especially we had to use all the players. We mixed it up rather than just play with the best team in the first half, for instance. They used a lot as well, so that helped us a bit, but the lads wanted to win the last game and it showed."
New signing Didier Zokora, along with Young Pyo-Lee and the four England World Cup players will replace some of the youngsters who took their chance to train with the first team squad in France.
