Two players have joined Aaron Lennon, Robbie Keane and Jermaine Jenas on the treatment table this week.
Spurs boss Martin Jol revealed: "Teemu Tainio has twisted his ankle and Paul Stalteri has picked up a knee injury."
Meanwhile Edgar Davids has been suffering with illness but Michael Dawson should be fine for this afternoon's game at St James' Park.
"Michael Dawson hurt his shoulder against Southend but has been passed fit for selection," Jol added.
