Also gearing up for the new season and included in the squad of 18 after three full consecutive performances in the past fortnight is Jamie O'Hara. The midfielder had joined up with the first team squad in France last month.
Development coach Clive Allen said: "I've talked to Jamie about his game when he's played in the Spurs XI matches. It's not easy for him because he's tasted first team football in pre-season. He played well at Fisher and his goal was something special. He's matured as a player and that's exactly what we hoped for on the back of his loan at Chesterfield last season."
In the first half at Fisher last week, O'Hara was determined from the off to do the work of two players, but after the interval his performance allowed Stuart Lewis to make much more of a mark on the proceedings.
