The disappointing result in this month's north London derby is all that stands between Tottenham and fourth placed Arsenal in the Premiership table at almost the midway point of the season.
Fortunes were reversed this time last year, but Spurs have endured extra games with their UEFA Cup campaign as well as reaching this week's Carling Cup quarter final.
Spurs boss Martin Jol said: "Last season everyone commented that all the teams in Europe struggled on the Sunday afterwards.
"We've done well and showed a lot of character - we've lost two games in 19 and that's shown good momentum."
