Ricketts too expensive!

Bolton have reluctantly agreed to release Ricketts after the centre-forward put in a transfer request on Monday, fuelling speculation he was about to join Spurs.

However, a spokesman for Spurs said: "We have decided to look elsewhere and are not interested in Ricketts at that price."
