Meanwhile, Tottenham have again been linked with a move for Nottingham Forest winger Andy Reid. The Championship side rejected a £5m offer from the club last summer, but new Forest boss Gary Megson could resign himself to letting the Republic of Ireland international leave in a bid to stave off relegation fears. According to newspaper reports Spurs could finally land Reid for around £3m this month.
