The on/off deal finally seems to be going through with a statement from the Turkish club reading: "An agreement has been made with Tottenham Hotspur for Sergei Rebrov.
"Rebrov will be on loan for one-and-a-half years with an option to sign him on a permanent deal at the end of the loan period."
