The 26-year-old former Wigan man made just 18 Premier League appearances for Harry Redknapp's men last term and the club are thought to be ready to listen to offers for the tough-tackling midfielder.
French giants PSG are looking for a replacement for the recently-retired Claude Makelele and see the Honduran international as an ideal man for the job.
PSG are also understood to be tracking defender Younes Kaboul and they could well swoop for the pair in a ?20million deal.
That would swell Redknapp's warchest significantly ahead of the August transfer window with Robbie Keane, Jermain Defoe and Niko Kranjcar also expected to be up for grabs.
