Former Arsenal midfielder Richard Hughes is hoping to be given the chance to face Edgar Davids at Fratton Park on Saturday.
"What a great honour it would be to have a battle against someone of his calibre and standing in the game. I've always liked his style of play, so to now have a chance of playing against him is exciting," he said.
