The 24-year-old is currently with his national side for the Confederations Cup but has been widely tipped to leave Corinthians for Europe after impressing in recent months.
"There is an official offer from Tottenham to Corinthians," Paulinho told reporters after Brazil's 4-2 win over Italy, which he missed with an ankle injury. "But, as I did when there was an Inter Milan offer, I'll sit and decide with my family before I make any decision. I will only do it after the Confederations Cup because it's hard to deal with all these things."
Paulinho scored a fantastic equaliser for Brazil, with whom he has collected 15 caps, against England in a friendly clash earlier in the month.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas will be keen to add to his squad with no signings yet made and a raft of players released and completing a move for Paulinho, with reports suggesting a fee as high as £17million, would show the club are eager to improve on last year's fifth-place finish.
