Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Hossam Ghaly both returned to full training today ahead of Sunday's home game in the Premiership against Newcastle United.
Mido and Paul Stalteri are still struggling with injuries, while Ledley King and Jermaine Jenas are working their ways nearer fitness.
"Mido has almost recovered from a bit of a groin strain but Paul Stalteri had a setback after tearing a cartilage in his hip. His knee injury was fine," said Spurs boss Martin Jol.
