Tottenham Hotspur right-back Alan Hutton is being lined up by Aston Villa as a replacement for QPR-bound Luke Young. Former England international Young is set to become the latest recruit at Loftus Road after slipping down the pecking order at Villa Park, with Alex McLeish set to turn to Hutton as a replacement. The Villa boss previously worked with the Scotland international defender while both men were at Rangers.Asked about a possible move for Hutton, a guarded McLeish responded: "We will try to fill that gap, we will try to bring someone else in."Am I interested in Alan Hutton? He is a Spurs player and it's difficult for me to comment on other team's players."But we are ready with a few names. We are thin on the ground in terms of experience in the squad."We have a lot of good young players but in terms of experienced ones we are a bit thin."
