Former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has explained why he think Harry Kane is unlikely to sign for Bayern Munich.
The German champions have publicly spoken of their admiration for Kane on several occasions, angering Spurs head coach Antonio Conte over the summer.
90min previously revealed in October that Tottenham have had concern over Bayern's interest and would like Kane to sign a new contract. His current deal expires in 2024.
But speaking to German outlet Suddeutsche Zeitung, Pochettino - who oversaw Kane's development into a top striker during his five years in north London - was doubtful that he would join Bayern.
"[A move to Bayern] would only happen if Harry changed his way of thinking, which I don't believe he will," Pochettino said. "He's very attached to England and his country. He wants to be the Premier League's all-time top scorer. That's his goal."

While Kane has his sights set on smashing statistics in his homeland - he is 65 goals off Alan Shearer's Premier League record, two off Wayne Rooney's England scoring record and five off Jimmy Greaves' Spurs record - Pochettino reckons there is one foreign club he would consider joining.
"I always saw him as a player who would go to a club like Real Madrid if he ever left England," he added.
