If true this is the sort of money that Forest would find difficult to turn down.

It would also of course give credence to Harry Redknapps assertion that although Saints have agreed terms with Forest for Reid, Andy is in fact on his way to Spurs.

This would be quite interesting as it would mean that Harry does indeed “Have His Ear To The Ground” and is very much in the know.

What’s becoming clear though is that there is no players leaving other than makeweights or players on the very fringe of the current squad.

So all that nonsense about Defoe, Keane, Kanoute, King etc was just that, Nonsense!.

Thankfully the window closes in a few hours & then we will once again be able to focus on football rather the comings/goings of various players.
