King told The People newspaper: "I've always said I haven't got a problem with being here while the club's moving in the right direction. We've got a lot of good young, talented players here and it's a nice place to be at the moment.
"I feel we're going in the right direction but at the moment it's all going through my agent, I left it with him," he added.
Martin Jol also revealed to The Sun newspaper how he is a believer in attacking football played in a very organised way.
“Bill Nicholson believed you have to pull in the crowds and they have to be excited — and the only way to do that is by attacking.
“To win 5-4 would be the ideal result, but how can you plan for a score like that? If you lost 5-4 — like we did to Arsenal last season — everyone would say ‘he’s too much of an idealist’. And after three weeks of results like that you would get the sack!"
