Keane Won't Be Loaned To Celtic

Keane spent the final few months of last season on loan with the SPL club and rumours were that he could return to Celtic for a second loan spell this coming season.

However, Redknapp has dismissed such suggestions.

“I wouldn't think that's a possibility no, because we paid good money for him and to loan him out again, it wouldn't be a goer,” the Spurs boss has said.

“If Robbie's not happy when the season starts and he's not playing then we'll sit down and discuss it.

"And, if he wants to move someone will have to buy him but I'm hoping he comes back in to the team and makes a real impact.”
