After Tottenham’s 2-0 win at Manchester City on Wednesday, John Ley wrote in The Daily Telegraph, ‘Lennon came in and was outstanding, not for the first time, as Spurs recorded their 11th win of the season.’
Jol said: "If you don't play him you get a different style so I always prefer to play him, and the win at City showed why."
"He did very well in creating our first goal. He is young, talented and hopefully he can be consistent. I also have the option of playing Jermaine Jenas there and he is giving us a lot. But in our vision and philosophy we like wide players and if they can perform I will play them."
