Martin Jol has again praised the effort and determination shown by Steed Malbranque, ahead of the midfielder's first return to Craven Cottage since joining Spurs from Fulham.
The Spurs boss said: "When he arrived he was injured and that obviously didn't help but since he's been fit he's played all the games, worked very hard and got better and better.
"He proved that he can score goals as well, against Charlton, against Portsmouth with a fine header and against Cardiff."
