The civil unrest in Israel has forced the national team to look outside of their own nation for a "home" venue.
Israel's club sides involved in European competitions are currently using neutral venues and UEFA have also prevented the national side from playing at home.
So, with the deadline for fixture arrangements fast approaching, Israeli official Joe Dagan contacted Spurs in the hope of staging their matches in north London.
But, Spurs director of football David Pleat said: "As of today, there are no international games of any kind planned at White Hart Lane."
Israel are due to open their Euro 2004 campaign against Cyprus on October 16th.
