The 22-year-old Welshman has been recovering over the summer and impressed in Spurs' 3-0 win over Orlando Pirates during the tour of South Africa.
He said: 'I've got back from my ankle injury and don't feel anything at all. I feel good, the whole team feels good and I think that shows.
'I don't think we played to our best in the first two matches, but we showed what a good team we are in the final and showed the South African fans what we're all about.'
Harry Redknapp's side lost to Kaizer Chiefs and drew with the Pirates before winning Saturday's Vodacom Challenge Trophy final.
