Tottenham had been due to meet the Dutch outfit over two legs next month, but will now either progress to the next round without kicking a ball or maybe face Polish side Wisla who finished fourth in Feyenoord's group instead.
In December the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body, had fined Feyenoord and handed them a suspended sentence of two matches behind closed doors, on probation for three years following crowd disturbances at the UEFA Cup group-stage match against AS Nancy-Lorraine in France.
Today, the UEFA Appeals Body rejected an appeal from Feyenoord, reduced the fine and ordered them to contact Nancy regarding settlement of the damages.
