Fee for Clemence accepted by Spurs

Clemence, who has just returned to full fitness after successfully recovering from a long-term injury, has made just one appearance for Spurs this season.

The 24-year-old midfielder will join the the Midlands club subject to passing a medical and agreeing personal terms.

"We've agreed a fee for him and we meet Stephen on Wednesday when we hope we can agree terms with him," said Blues co-owner David Sullivan.
