Tottenham, along with Middlesbrough have been warned as to their future conduct and fined over an incident which marred the Premiership encounter between the two sides at White Hart Lane on December 5.
Didier Zokora and Middlesbrough's George Boateng were both ordered off for their part in a mass brawl, that Tottenham staff said was a case of players protecting Aaron Lennon, after the winger reacted to a poor challenge.
Both clubs had denied charges of failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
