Young-Pyo Lee will be rested by Spurs boss Martin Jol for the trip to Old Trafford in the Premiership after returning from international duty with South Korea just two days ago. The same goes for Teemu Tainio, the midfielder played two 90-minute stints for Finland against Poland and Portugal in the past week.
However, Jermain Defoe, Paul Robinson and Aaron Lennon will all be in the Spurs squad despite featuring in England's Euro qualifiers, including the midweek trip to Macedonia. Jol is quoted on the official website saying that Defoe played two full 90 minutes - oh dear!
Mido, Tottenham's new Egyptian signing will be fined if his weight rises above a level set by the club. Pascal Chimbonda has a calf injury but should be fit, if selected to make his Spurs debut.Sources: TottenhamHotspur.com/The Times
