The 32-year-old will undergo a medical in the next couple of days and agree personal terms before completing the switch from Inter Milan. According to The Sun, the Dutchman will end up costing Spurs £4.5million for the next year including a signing-on fee of around £1.5m plus wages estimated at £60,000 a week.
