The altercation supposedly occurred on Sunday during a warm-down session, with onlookers claiming that they heard loud voices and serious tension in the air.
The same source also states that a number of Spurs senior players were unimpressed by Rose's behaviour, and the Portuguese manager had to hold a one-on-on chat in private to discuss the events on Monday.
When previously asked about Rose's future, Mourinho said: "
The Lilywhites are set to host Norwich City in the Premier League on Wednesday evening, and will be desperate for the three points after a number of poor results.
