Basicaly Dr Charlotte Cowie, Head of Medical Facilities has pulled off a massive coup by signing the current head physiotherapist of the Great Britain Olympic athletics team Dean Kenneally as the first team physio.
To augment Dean she has also signed a reserve team physio in Geoff Scott.
This has got to be one of the better medical teams in the premiership, far far removed from "magic sponge" brigade.
If anybody had any doubts as to what form of structure the current board of THFC PLC is going to bring about, this level of appointment is sure to answer it.
Just to remind Spurs fans, last season was their best in over ten years in terms of injuries, especially if you exclude the three usual suspects, two of which have since departed.
