Last night we saw possibly one of the best performances from MoPo's side this season. It is what you would call a complete performance (or as close to it as possible).
Several chances were squandered by the likes of Rose, Alli and Eriksen, but to see 4 goals scored and absolute domination you have to wonder what else Spurs will have to do to jump ahead of Leicester?
Despite Stoke having the larger share of the possession the rest of the stats rest firmly in the Spurs court.
23 shots, 87.5% tackle succession, 15 interceptions, 4 blocks, 59.1% Aerial Duels and 16 key passes.
Although these stats seem like Spurs ran away with the game there was still plenty for MoPo to scream about, but really I don't see the point in harping on like Alan Sugar over something that is kind of irrelevant.
Not only did we see 4 goals scored we saw 2 fantastic goals, by a side that seem to be able to craft something out of nothing (no wonder Carra believes Spurs will push the Foxes all the way).
Kane's first goal had tremendous bend to take it around everyone including the keeper and Eriksen to draw the defenders away from Alli to then chip a delightful ball through to Alli who volleyed it into the far corner (giving Given no chance).
I only would have liked to have seen us be more clinical (as we may need this against in the last games to come).
