Interesting this as Jan Vertonghen and Hugo Lloris have already come out and refuseb to be honest (thus hiding).
They are two players that were considered some of our best performers and best purchases, but both have tailed off and made comical/ major errors. Interesing how the two do not come out and state they are adding to the problem and will do their best to change the teams fate.
Instead they feel it better to dodge the questions and they continue to do exactly the opposite of what Sherwood has said.
I'm sorry Hugo and Jan, but you have not performed consistently this season and you are under contract, if you want to leave you will have to wait for Levy to approach you.
I am fed up with players jumping ship after being part of a larger problem. Why should players be allowed to do this.
Essentially I am buying a product (by paying for my match tickets) and the product is massively under performing as to what is advertised. However no matter how poor the product is we cannot get a refund! How is this fair? Clubs should be able to fine players when they do not perform. Ade was a different issue, AVB stupidly refused to play him, as soon as he is played he plays like legend!
I would love to see the players all announce an apology via their Twitter accounts, but they hide! I would love to see the players bounce back, but again they hide. This again demonstrates that poor Sherwood does not have the support of the players and he doesn't have the experience to change the situation.
Do not get me wrong, I would love to be proven wrong, but the overall performances have shown that there are too many issues for Sherwood to deal with, even a seasoned professional would struggle!
