Here is a small list of what players that we are linked to now;
Higuain, Belhanda, Baines, Hulk, Damiao and Moutinho.
This would be approximately £100million! Ok yes the list could have been a lot longer, but these are some of my recent favourites.
Now I decided to write this after reading that we are now (according to the Metro) going to sign Belhanda from Montpellier. Essentially what has happened is that Nicollin (Montpellier Owner) has said that Belhanda is free to look at moving to a bigger club and in his own words;
"I want at least £8million for him."
I think in all honesty that this player is a realistic target, however there are players that I would prefer. One of those is Eriksen of Ajax who is a much better option and at least there is a tenuous link as to why he would come (with super Jan moving from Ajax to Spurs last season).
