Scolari has always highly related the Brazilian and expects to push through a move.
Interestingly enough Evergrand are happy (according to report) to pay £15million for the player!
Considering that the player came to Tottenham 2 seasons ago making just 45 appearances and scoring just 6 goals it would be great business to see the player leave for such a large fee.
When Paulinho first joined Tottenham he was described as a box to box midfielder. Within his first games for Tottenham it was thought that he was going to grow into a great addition for the team, however like many Tottenham players (that came as part of the Bale money) he has failed to ever live up to the hype.
With such a transfer to China it would show that Levy or rep of the club has worked well to agree this sort of fee, however if anything it highlights where the club went wrong (buying players which thinking about how they fit into the team and the managers tactics).
I for one will wish Paulinho well, but will always look back and wonder why we bought him and most importantly paid so much!
