It is thought that Tottenham are in fact now interested in the Spanish International after Inter had dropped their interest (with Kondogbia signing). The 28 yr old had opted to stay with Simone in January, but there is a chance of moving on this summer. Sky Italia revealed that a bid in the region of £6m would land a deal with Atletico and Suarez is said to be keen on a move to England. After being used sparingly by Simone following his stay it is thought that he is looking for first team action.
I am unsure whether either the Toby or Suarez deal is likely. Tottenham having not been linked with Suarez previously and the Toby deal seems a lot more complicated than initially expected.
However we could all be wrong and both players may be secured if Levy is truly going to Madrid personally.
