Adam Lallana has been signed sealed and delivered to Liverpool. The only delay to this is that there is a world cup between now and the season start, so do not expect to hear anything until at least July.

It is more likely that Rodriguez would come to Spurs (after assessing the extent of his injury. For me it is more interesting to see what defenders he could bring with him. NO NOT SHAW, but Lovren. You maybe surprised to hear this, but for me Kaboul has massively underperformed, Chiriches is still settling, Dawson is a squad player, so a solid defender is needed. THe defender has been linked with moves to Italy already, so his agent is doing his best to sound out opportunities for his client.
Clyne, Chambers and Fonte are all names that we could begin to see a link with.
