Firstly the display against League 1 side Sheffield United you have to agree was poor. Thoughtless position followed by thoughtless shooting by selfish players.
Then today another joke of a performance by the spineless and gutless over paid losers that now call themselves professional footballers.
Not only that but we have a pig headed manager that refuses to spend money and feels that he can bring in inexperiences youngsters that in all honestly are not ready to be thrown into the deep end.
Lamela on a come back form injury looked good, Soldado played well, but other than that.... well just shocking.
I refuse to listen to the excuses that we were unlucky, didn't deserve to lose. You make your own chances in football and if you don't take them you are punished. Maybe if the manager gave his full backing to players in need of a moral boast (like Soldado) and gave them a run of games we would see a change.
But no he feels it makes sense to drop a one player that would give his right arm for a goal to another that would put his right arm in a shirt without another pay rise.
Poor decisions before the game (by the manager), poor decisions in the game (by players and managers) and we are left with a mediocre team that has been lucky to get late on opportunities.
People have the right to boo especially when their hard earned wages are spent on players that can't be bother to track back or put pressure on. I don't agree however that players such as Soldado should be booed when he tries so hard. Do we not remember the record that Bale had? Now remind me how much he's on, his transfer fee and wages.
Forget this impatient flitting of tactics and lets see MoPo make the step away from being a MoFo and give all the players the kick up the backside they deserve. Training tomorrow from 6am double! No dinning out or drinking as simple they do not deserve it. The problem at Tottenham is the same as always 1 good result goes to their heads. They will never amount to more if they keep this mentality.
I have a right to boo and I exercise that right, as an amatuer footballer I would give my right arm if it meant pulling on my clubs jersey, something that all the players need a reminder of. Don't like being booed? Get out... or do what you are paid to do.
The team disgust me, I don't want excuses I want results and not lucky last minute ones. Domination. But don't worry I am sure these premadonna's will manage a win after 2 very poor results!
