Berahino was again left out of the squad for West Brom's game today. However with Rickie Lambert getting Man of the Match and Rondon scoring the only goal of the game, it is likely that fans will not be too concerned over Berahino's likely departure.
It seems highly suspicious that Berahino would be left out again (even from the subs bench) when he has been told he cannot leave.
The likelihood is this:
Peace says he will not take so many small staggered payments and incentives for their U21 star. Levy goes off to find a cheaper deal, we are now at a Mexican standoff, eventually a deal will be struck, both clubs won't be happy about it, but there's no choice and they all have to proceed for the sake of the clubs.
For me why waste any more time? Just do it already! Levy wants to conclude, the Brom fans don't want him after hearing of his push for the transfer and Spurs fan's are desperate for him.
I hope that a deal is done before Tuesday though it doesn't make sense to allow it drag on further.
