Last night our U21 team grabbed us another win over our bitter rivals.
A 1-0 win was enough to take the spoils which saw Nabil Bentaleb score for the youth side.
Sitting in first in the Elite Group we have now extended our lead to 8 points over 2nd place Man Utd. 1 more win on April 29th over Southampton will see us secure the Elite Group title.
The youth team have managed 16 wins in 25 and scoring a fantastic 77 goals!
It’s no wonder AVB took over when he did, a good first team and some well known talents rising up through the ranks, it will certainly be further good news to boost the fans confidence!
Although we have a number of youngsters on loan and injured it is reassuring to see that our youth team still has the capabilities and depth to succeed.
