The club is still waiting to hear back from UEFA as to whether the European ban will stand. The outcome will not come until the 30th August, but until then they are in the preliminary rounds.
I cannot see how it matters to Ade as they could be cleared and drop out of the Europa League in the Preliminary rounds? I guess it’s the same as any other deal really.
However this deal is the only one for Ade and if this falls through it is likely that we will see Ade stay on for at least another season. Just as long as he scores 10 goals in 25 appearances this year I will be happy that he stays on. If he performs as he did last year then drop him to the reserves or cancel his contract on a mutual basis.
I'm sad to say that Ade must go, but he gave all us fans no choice but to want him out, so I will not apologise for that.
I will wish him luck and will always remember that he gave us one good season (better than some of our "top" signings like Rebrov, Bent and Bentley).
